A great little trivet that I use with my cast iron servers I have been using several different cast iron servers lately and I really love them. They keep the food inside of them warm (even hot) for a long time, plus they look cool and they impress my guests. The only problem with them is that I have to set a pad or trivet under them to keep them from damaging my table.
