I found the drinking spout a bit awkward (which is why I gave it a 4 star rating), but when I mentioned this to the manufacturer they promptly offered me a full refund. So, I do have to say that they really back their products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I really applaud them for this.

I left my house at 7:00 AM and at 7:30 it was still hot, I could not believe it. It really works and it is large, you will space for coffee, milk, and it will not spill. I’m pretty satisfied with the mug I’m pretty satisfied with the mug. When I first receive the mug, there was a scratch inside in the wall. So I contacted the company and they were swift in action. Not only they didn’t ask for the original to be returned, they sent out a new one. It is spill proof, and I like how skinny it is, even though it’s a bit too tall to fit into the coffee dispenser machine at work.
