The Collection (All five Teacup Novellas in one volume)

Lucy Alexander has a hopeless case of writer’s block. But all that changes when her handsome UPS guy delivers a box of vintage teacups from the estate of her namesake and beloved Aunt Lucille. Happy memories of tea parties they shared when Lucy was young flood her mind. And with them, the forgotten stories her aunt loved to tell over tea and Scottish shortbread. Colorful tales of fascinating characters woven together with the undeniable power of love. Some were true, most weren’t, but it was her aunt’s extraordinary gift of storytelling that first ignited Lucy’s passion to write.

Though still grieving the recent loss of her aunt, Lucy unwraps the fragile cups and saucers, and with them, a flood of memories and story ideas.

The Teacup Novellas – The Collection includes all five stand-alone stories plus the on-going saga of Lucy’s own budding romance with that UPS guy who keeps knocking at the door of her heart.

Book One – Tea with Emma
Book Two – Strike the Match
Book Three – Home to Walnut Ridge
Book Four – At Legend’s End
Book Five – A Christmas Peril

Six amazingly wonderful clean Christian romances wrapped into five books. There’s nothing I can add to the other five star reviews without repeating things over again, so I won’t even try. Just know that all five stars are deserved here, and each story is a wonder in clean Christian romance. It’s great to read this in the full collection. Not only do you get all five novellas, a couple of them being a bit longer than standard novella length, but you also get the framing story that takes place in modern times, with its own romance, so you basically get six romances to…

A Romantic Series This is a delightful collection of the series originally published separately. Each on can be read as a stand-alone, but they’re better read in sequence. Here is what I thought about them:

Disappointing the first story was ok, but since I paid full price for these Collection stories I expected better. The second story, Matchbook was a disaster. I hated Keri. Such a selfish self centered really nasty character and the romance just seemed phony and unnatural. Didn’t like anything about any of this one. Hopefully I will find the other ones better. If not, I will do something I don’t usually do, when I buy a book for my Kindle, I’ll DELETE the whole mess. So disappointed.
