Great Victoria Sponge Cake, but unsure about the rest. When i first got this book, i really loved the way it looked straight away!I love the little snippets about tea and the fact that it had cakes from my childhood (im originally from the UK).For about a year ive been searching on and off for the perfect victoria sponge cake. Delightful Although I have not been able to try the recipes yet, I found the book to be delightful, full of wonderful sounding recipes. The color photos are lovely and help create the feeling one is in England and ready for tea. I have many tea books but find this is one that I will go to on many occasions and try new recipes.
