More costly than Sleeptime tea bags and just as easy to use the bags with the keurig. These are great but once I found the tea bag version, I don’t buy these anymore. Much more cost effective to use the bags. Also, the bags come in many sleepytime flavors; the k-cups only come in the original version.
2 and 1/2 cups of green tea a week and … 2 and 1/2 cups of green tea a week and change nothing else in your life and you will loose about 1 lb per week really lol
