Finish peeling after just 3 weeks! I’ve only had this mug for 3 weeks, and already the finish is chipping away. I use it daily and wash in the top rack of my dishwasher, which is supposed to be safe for the product (and was a requirement for me to buy it). I’m so sad because it keeps my coffee nice and warm for hours, I love the soft non-slip bottom, and it’s truly spill-proof. I may have to look into a different Ello mug as a replacement, but I didn’t expect to have to do so after less than a month.
keeps drinks hot for ages! This little guy keeps my drinks so hot for hours on end, even if the top is opened to drink from the whole time. The cork bottom is nice and makes it feel more stable on tabletops. When screwed shut, it’s pretty watertight (unless you turn it upside down, in which case I’m sure it’d leak a little) and is fine to carry in a bag as long as you make sure it’s upright.
