This product leaks When I originally received this product, it was great. It did everything I wanted except for one issue: It randomly leaked every time I used it. I thought this was a defect with the item I had so I had it replaced (The replacement came incredibly fast, by the way). Once I received the new one, I had the same issues. It seems when you drink out of it for at least a certain amount of seconds and tilt it back to normal, it will drip at least a couple drops out of the side.

Gutted – manufacturing error? Let me start by saying that I adored this bottle. I’ve been a loyal customer for the last three years. Every time I accidentally break one of my beloved bottles I buy another. However, I don’t know if there has been a manufacturing error as of late because all my new bottIes have started leaking. I received a new bottle (after smashing my last one) a few weeks ago and noticed it was leaking – something my previous ones had never done before. I called amazing who graciously offered to replace…

Love this travel mug Love this travel mug, use it almost every week for tea and coffee. Just a bit pricey though, but I wanted something easy and portable to use for tea as I drink lots of herbal teas and would like to take some on the road when out and about.Sometimes the inner rubber rings come out from the lids because I do wash beneath themwhen cleaning, pops right back in.
