Super cute, a little fiddly This little hanging robot dude is super cute. If you serve someone tea with this, they _will_ smile, I promise. And once the tea has steeped enough, it’s a cinch to take the little guy out and set him in his little tray. The arms adjust, so it can fit pretty much any cup or mug (even narrow or shallow ones), with the possible exception of tiny little mini teacups.You load the guy with tea by popping him open — there are a couple metal tabs which hold two halves shut. Tea bot! This awesome infuser was gift from my wife. I don’t think she got it on Amazon, but it’s the same product.I love it, and all the people I’ve shown think it’s great. His arms will extend to fit most cup sizes, and he seals the tea in very well. Great concept poorly executed. I love this little guy… as long as I’m not using him. He’s cool, he infuses, BUT he gets tea all over my cup of tea. He’s very loosely sealed, which lets a good portion of tea escape his bowels. I’ll probably keep him around as a conversation piece, but as far as being functional, he’s a failure.
