Better than expected! Just received a random mug, which was orange, my least favorite color. It was processed directly via Amazon. However, this mug is really nicely made and full of cute details. It also came in a cute box, would also be a great gift. Hoping to order more but afraid to receive the orange one again. Wish they had a way to choose color instead. This random thing is ridiculous. Deducted one star for this, not the product itself.
Needs color choosing option!! The cup it self is very cute, i love totoro! the silicone topper is an adorable touch.The cup definitely gets SUPER hot though, don’t hold it by anything but the handle when pouring fresh coffee inside lol.I really really hate the “random color” crap though.. when they could easily add the option to allow you to choose. Please add this option!! Then I’d more then likely buy again since I did not get either of the mugs I actually wanted
ADORABLE!! I am absolutely in love with this mug!!!! I’m a huge fan of the movie and this mug makes me happy every time I see it! The silicone lid is perfect for keeping my tea and coffee warm. I’m a very slow drinker so the lid is perfect for me. The mug is great quality and so is the lid. You can’t really see it from the pictures, but there is also a design on the handle of the cup and the design on the back of the mug is different from the front.
