Why does coffee brewed from a French Press taste so amazingly different? Unlike other brew methods, the French Press gives you absolute control over the infusion time (longer infusion time produces a bolder and stronger cup). Perhaps more importantly, the unique screen filter of the French Press allows essential coffee oils to make their way into your cup; oils that would normally be blocked out and eliminated by paper filters. These oils are responsible for producing a very full body fantastically thicker and more flavorful than anything you’d experience from any other brew method, period. Better yet, the French Press is super inexpensive, simple to use, easy to clean, better for the environment (because no disposable filters are needed) and takes up virtually no space in your kitchen. Our 8-Cup French Press is designed with double walled Stainless Steel which retains brewing temperature better than glass versions and also won’t shatter when dropped. Add our French Press to your cart and treat yourself to some amazingly flavorful home brewed coffee!

A nice-looking, well-built and very effective stainless steel French press — makes a great cup of coffee! If I make coffee myself, I love using a French press. I’ve owned several over the years, and this one is probably my favorite.I prefer the stainless steel design to the glass presses; not only are they more elegant, but they preserve the heat in the coffee for longer. I usually try to drink my coffee right away, but if I have an extra cup in there, I can let it sit for a while without cooling down. Also, even though it preserves the warmth within, it doesn’t get so hot on the outer…

Good weight, quality materials – great price This press works well and is very solid – it’ll stand the test of time. It has a good weight to it and all the pieces feel quality. As mentioned in the comment below, all materials inside appear to be metal, including the mesh strainer. This does produce a slightly metallic/abrasive noise when pressing the coffee, but I think it’s the ‘cost of doing business’ with a steel press. I’ve broken too many glass presses to consider going back just because of the noise! This press appears…

The best and last French press you’ll (need to) buy! I’ve owned several french presses over the years, and they’ve all invariably ended up broken. I love the coffee they brew but I was hesitant to buy another one for fear of breaking it — This is the brilliance of a stainless steel press — it’s virtually unbreakable. This pot makes coffee just as good as any other french press I’ve used. The lid fits snugly onto the pot’s body and the plunger action is smooth. My only complaint would be that it is difficult to unscrew the filter…
