I enjoyed using this product. The bowl is a great measuring tool and you can use the strainer as a stirrer as well. The issue I have is that because of the gap between the two bowls, some really pieces of tea are able to seep out into your cup. One suggestion would be to create a hook on the end of the strainer by the bowl to allow it to rest across your cup so that it can be placed there to rest and strain the excess water in the bowl when done steeping.
