A Recipe for Success! As an avid tea drinker,I have been searching for the best way to brew my teas for some time. And this large tea ball fits the bill perfectly. The twist closure has advantages over the hinge and clasp design. Less chance for breakage and no spillage from a poor rim seal. It is large enough for cooking, but I prefer to use it solely for tea. Good, but not fine. I organize the Tea Time at the math department in my university, so I always need to make one or two pitchers of tea. I got this infuser just because of its size and because of its price; and, really, if you want to maximize the former and minimize the latter this is a good product. The only problems I’ve had with it are that for finer teas there is a lot of tea that seeps out (which is to be expected) but there is no problem if I’m brewing coarser teas.
