“hand crafted” I thought “hand crafted” meant high quality… while this product looks nice, it’s not particularly strong… seems very brittle to me. My biggest gripe is that the insert doesn’t fit properly and I have to rotate it around for it to fully settle/rest into the cup. I’d gladly pay double this price if it were more durable and shaped properly to fit together.I also ordered 2 of the larger cups with handles and one of them arrived with a broken insert… I panicked when Amazon said I couldn’t return it at all, but a quick chat with customer support and they’re sending me a new one.

This is my second tea spot steeping cup. The first one I have is in black and still using. I take it on trips with me. I just wanted a brighter color for my kitchen and love this. I use only loose leaf tea, and outside of some of the very fine sediment that goes to the bottom of this cup, this strains the tea wonderfully well.If this cup ever comes out in a bright orange or yellow, I will purchase another one.Highly Recommend!
