Cosmetics over convenience… I’ll say this, no one needs a tea kettle. I mean, I’ve been boiling water for tea for years (and years) out of a pot and it works just as well. This was purely cosmetic for me. I love the look of this kettle. It’s so sleek yet maintains that vintage appeal and so I kind of love looking at it sitting on my stove. It adds character. It’s easy enough to use. The handle is large and easy to grip (and keeps your hand far enough away from the hot surface and the steam)…
