I love this kettle I love this kettle. I love that it doesn’t whistle. You can clearly see when it is boiling, but don’t have to listen to the horrible screeching, if you can’t get to the stove immediately. It is so nice to pour. We use it for pour over coffee and it is amazing. The handle doesnt get hot, as long as you keep it to the side of the burner. I am very pleased with the product . Works well and was a great price. Just what I expected. Was worried that handle might get hot, but after a few uses, no problem. In the past I have just used a tea kettle and this spout makes the pouring so smooth and precise for coffee or tea. It came without damage and perfect condition.
