Should have purchased a digital kettle sooner! So far so good! Been using this for several days now and it is such an improvement over my (overpriced) All Clad stovetop kettle, which was slow to boil, got so hot I had to use heavy pot holders to pour it, and hurt my arthritic hands. The Gourmia digital kettle is fast, the temperature presets are great for my needs (pour over coffee pot), and the handle stays cool and is comfortable to hold as I pour. I should have bought one if these sooner. Especially one at such a great price.
Brilliant Brilliant idea to make a kettle with an inner layer for keeping the water hot. It’s there for whenever I need a hot drink – great buy.
