My New Turmeric Tea Pot Just bought a huge package of turmeric to make turmeric tea but needed a tea pot that I could dedicate to it and not use for something else. Turmeric’s yellow color stains everything so in order to keep it from messing up my electric kettle, I thought I’d buy this tea pot instead. I like how it has a built-in strainer which is great in the event that I add other ingredients aside from turmeric in the tea.

Nice tea pot, does not hold 40 oz I like this tea pot. It’s not a pot you boil water in, but after the water has boiled you pour the water over the tea you’ve placed in the filter. The tea pot at first appears very small, much smaller than I had anticipated. However, looks are deceiving. I measured the water before pouring it into the pot in the pictures I’ve attached. It is exactly 4 cups, and there is room for more. Another cup? I’m not sure. The seller advertises it as a 40 oz pot. The box it comes…
