This glazed stoneware teapot features a familiar rounded body and an angular handle and spout. A unique, patented stainless steel tea strainer is integrated into the teapot lid, and a non-drip spout and stay-cool handle allow for smooth pouring of hot tea. The Geo teapot is available in two sizes: Large (36 ounce/4 cup capacity) and Small (18 ounce/2 cup capacity). Both sizes are available for sale on Amazon.com in a variety of colors to compliment any kitchen. The Geo teapot by London Pottery is dishwasher safe. This teapot is not intended for use directly on the stovetop.

No drips, no leaves in my tea! I am so in love with this tea pot. I got the red color and wanted to note that in the amazon picture (at least on my computer) it seems like it will be a bright, almost hot pink, shade of red, but in reality it’s GORGEOUS. It is candy apple red, bright without being obnoxious, and offers a lovely pop of color in my gray-blue kitchen.

Love this When I purchased this locally, I’d not heard of London Pottery, but I liked the size and shape so much that I thought I’d take a chance. This is a great teapot in a lovely color. It’s the perfect size for two large mugs of tea. The strainer fits securely, and stands on it’s own when removed (I put mine in a small dish to let it drain and re-use the tea leaves several hours later for a second pot – I tried this for the first time with this teapot, and it worked very well). Beautiful, sturdy tea pot I have to admit, I don’t really use the built-in infuser for it’s intended purpose (loose tea). However, it is really nice to put the tea bags in there and be able to lift them all out together (even if the tags fall in).
