Kettle does a great job — brews 5 mugs of tea I love this tea kettle! Tea kettle This is a perfect little kettle. My husband and I love tea and prior to this we were using a measuring cup in our microwave to heat water. This heats more than enough water for each of our cups and then some. And the red matches our coffee pot. I think the whistle is perfectly loud. We have kids so I wouldnt walk away from a boiling kettle anyway.
