Very good kettle I purchased this kettle and like it very much, but the one that came says Brentwood not Royal. I had purchased one earlier, a G-Force, and it was the reason I ordered this one, the G-Force was no longer available and this one looked identical in the picture, which it definitely is. Both heat water to a full boil and keep it boiling for a few seconds before turning off, which I like. The first kettle I received malfunctioned after approximately 4 weeks … The first kettle I received malfunctioned after approximately 4 weeks. The handle started heating up to extreme temperatures and I almost burned myself. The seller immediately shipped me a new one and it is working perfectly. I believe the first pot was a fluke and would purchase again. I was highly impressed with the customer service I received.
Awesome teapot. Works well and looks really cool! Pros:- large capacity- easy to see when a cleaning is needed, preventing calcification- cleaning is easy: just fill with lemon juice and water in 1:1 ratio and boil- clear design is really cool to watch, especially when it is dark (see picture)Cons:- none so far
