Excellent little tea kettle Since this was so inexpensive I wasn’t sure about the quality, however it is a very nice, well made little tea kettle. It actually whistles like the one I grew up with which is what I wanted. Tired of the “train whistle” ones. The spout snaps open and stays so you don’t have to try to hold and pour. This kettle pours without dribbling or leaking. I am very pleased with no complaints.
Limescale builds up a little quicker than expected but overall very nice This is the perfect size kettle that fills our large teapot. It looks really nice and is easy to clean. My one concern (easily taken care of) is that it seems to build up limescale a little quicker than our previous kettle, though maybe that is a common thing for stainless steel. Easy to clean though to take care of that! I like that the handle moves so that it does not block the opening for pouring water or being able to clean the inside of the pot.
