Leaking spout detracts from otherwise good pot I really wanted to like this pot. The size is perfect, and the general shape and clarity of this teapot works well for 1-2 people. Its ability to withstand high temperatures is an added bonus (although I have not tried putting it on the stove).Alas, the spout, despite being well-shaped, leaks tea except when the level is low. It’s more than just vapor lock, and so far I have not been able to pour without at least a bit of dripping.I am still using it, but the leaking, which I try to minimize…

Sheer tea drinking pleasures! This very esthetic tea pot is the nicest vessel I have ever used. Of course, I also love very fine and old porcelaine teapots, but seeing your tea in the pot, especially if you use loose tea leaves, is just an added visual pleasure. The color of the brew gives the beautifully rounded teapot its accent. Easy to take care of: just rinse with hot water and let dry. The spout might need some extra brushing at the tip to keep it shiny. Needless to say (I hope!) that glass deserves a delicate hand…
