just what i was looking for These canisters were perfect for my loose tea. For the price of one i got three canisters compared to the name brand ones. One quarted twist and the top is off. I really like the size because it can hold 4 ounce of loose tea with plenty of room, not too big and not too small.
Not really for tea! I purchased these for tea, and am disappointed to find that they aren’t really suitable for that purpose. The tins aren’t wrapped in any way, so they have dust and dirt on them when they arrive. So they would have to be washed before using with food. But the construction of the tin and lid leave a LOT of places for water to hide, which will lead to mildew. You could let these air dry for a week and still have water trapped in the lid.Also, the lids don’t seem air-tight to me. So,…
