MatchaDNA powdered green tea is a delicious tea with a delicate and naturally sweet taste. MatchaDNA is organically grown and hand-picked. It can be made as tea or used in foods and cooking.

Few people know that the current practice of drinking powdered tea in the Japanese tea ceremony is actually from the Song dynasty in China. It dates back to over 1,000 years ago.

This practice was carried on in Japan and is now considered a pillar of Japanese culture.

Today, once again high quality Matcha is being made in China. This tea has a slightly different character than its Japanese counterpart. Both teas have a deep green color and a thick, savory taste and texture.

Both are high in EECG and antioxidants. However, our Chinese MatchaDNA is smoother, without the bitterness and it has a rich, smooth and fresh taste unlike any other.

Excellent Value in a Suboptimal Package Dear Amazon Shopper,Let me preface this review by saying that if you are a matcha purist, you will likely not appreciate what this product has to offer. As others have pointed out, when standing alone, this product lacks the bubbly-green hue and smooth taste of first-string Japanese matchas. If you’re looking to conduct a tea ceremony or revel in matcha’s distinct flavor, this is not the product for you. That being said, let me tell you what I like about this product:…

Package THIS, 10oz!!! This is a pretty great tea……and worthy of a 5 star review. But i’m only giving 3 stars. Why? Because they only serve the 3oz in the individual packets and not the 10oz!!! WHY??it defies logic. It’s a great tea and I appreciate that they’re upfront about it being from China and therefore not radiated. But c’mon if you’re gonna make those cool individual packets, do it for every size packaging. My two extra stars depend on it!Just get the 3oz Folks…
