Oolong could be your cup of tea ? I heard that you can loose weight by drinking Oolong tea. But the folks online never said which type of oolong tea. So it has grown on me. I actually love this brand of teas. It only brews in 2 minutes, the taste is mild. Most Oolong teas brew times are 3 to 5 minutes. Your brew times are when you place the teabag in the hot water and you start your timer. Depends on how light or dark you want your tea to taste, meaning the darker tastes stronger.
