Nice herbal rememdy for sore throats and colds. Met a man from Pakistan who recommended Joshanda when my family started coming down with a bug. It’s a centuries-old natural remedy that really does seem to work. It’s got a nice mild taste (because I generally hate anise) that blends nicely with a hot cup of tea. Good for the throat, for the cold and sniffling. I’m a happy camper now.
