Excellent “green oolong” at an unbelievably affordable price. If you’ve had some experience with Ti Kuan Yin Oolong (and other oolongs for that matter), you may know that there are different levels of oxidation to which the tea may be subjected which greatly determine the result of the tea’s appearance, aroma and flavor. Oolongs with low oxidation tend to be more like green tea, while higher oxidation levels have an earthier flavor and appearance. This particular tea, I would say, is on the low side of the oxidation scale. It’s appearance is quite green…

It’s a good deal, a big bag with reasonable price It’s a good deal, a big bag with reasonable price. It has typical oolong tea flavor and the aroma of fresh tea.

One of my favorite teas Love this tea! It never gets bitter even when I forget about it and leave it seeping too long. Not a super strong flavor, but I find it nice. The leaves rehydrate and are nice and big, no powder or small crumbles.
