I Love this tea!!! I use to buy this at whole foods but it cost alot more at whole foods. $3.00 more. Now I buy here all the time. It lowers my blood pressure and makes me feel so calm. I will never be without it. I love the way it taste also!

Great flavor, use as a base for smoothies I’ve gotten deep into making whole food smoothies and in my experimentation with different liquid bases I tried this tea. I brew 32oz of it at a time and keep it in the fridge, using 4oz as the starter for a 20oz smoothie.
