A smooth and robust breakfast tea I must admit to being a bit of a tea connoisseur. I tend to like fragrant teas but I like a base of robustness to stand up to milk. I have drunk the Yorkshire Gold tea in bags at the office, and I thought I’d try this as a base for mixing with my other teas. I have to say that it is not as smooth and tasty as the Taylors of Harrogate Kwazulu, which Amazon also carries, but it certainly does the job of an above average black breakfast tea. One of the best breakfast teas Yorkshire Gold is one of my favorite breakfast teas. I like my tea strong, so I use two heaping measuring teaspoons for a 12 ounce tea pot. After preheating the pot with boiling water for one minute, I empty the pot, add the tea, fill of the pot with boiling water and let the tea steep for 5 minutes.
