Works Well For Me When I Can’t Sleep I ordered this tea with some trepidation, but I’ve been having some trouble sleeping, and I didn’t want to take any prescription drugs or OTC diphenhydramine. I would rate the taste and the effectiveness 8.5 out of 10, I think this tea is a must try. Although at this level of valerian root it has the slight scent of wet gym socks that a wet dog has slept on for a few days but once brewed the stinkyness goes away and the taste is very good. It is less minty than the Celestial Seasonings Sleepy time (a good thing) and the taste is better as well. I would say this tea works significantly better at helping you sleep than the Celestial Seasonings since this has 450mg of Valerian compared to the 25mg in Celestial Seasonings. Valerian root…
