Drink it as Soon as Brewed! This is a lovely green tea that is not bitter if you drink it as soon as it is brewed. Don’t leave the teabags in the cup or tea pot for longer than a few minutes. The delicate flavors are wonderful when brewed about two to four minutes. I find this tea is best when you drink it as soon as it is brewed. I put a packet of stevia in this tea and it is delicious. If you leave the cup sitting around and don’t drink it immediately expect a small amount of bitterness. But if you drink it right away…
