This cat teacup contains 3 pieces: the body, a high heat borosilicate glass that is explosion proof and can withstand up to 302 degrees Fahrenheit; the strainer, removable and made of stainless steel; and the lid. The cup lid and base are made of polypropylene (PP) plastic and are non-toxic, BPA-free and have no chemical odor. The lid of the mug locks into place to ensure liquid does not leak out.
How It Works
To brew your rich flavored tea, twist off the lid and easily remove the strainer. Place the loose-leaf tea or tea bag into the cup and then put the stainless-steel strainer back on. Pour hot water through the strainer into the cup and let it steep. Enjoy drinking your tea while the strainer prevents any leaf debris from getting through.
To enjoy a lighter tea, twist off the lid and keep the strainer on. Place the loose-leaf tea or tea bag on top of the strainer. Pour hot water over the tea very slowly, then remove the strainer with the tea on top.

Soooooooo Cuttteeeeee!!! & Durable Iâm so impressed with the quality of this awesome mug! The temperature of the handle does not change one bit, even when I put piping hot water in the mug.
