I’ve been a Harry Potter Fan since the first book was released. Sadly when I opened the package all of the glasses were broken, some were completely shattered. There was absolutely no attempt to keep them safe in transit. I called Amazon and got a refund on a gift card with the intent of repurchasing (because I’m that obsessed with Harry Potter) until I noticed that the decals are just plastic stickers that come right off. Poor Quality Received item with the paint chipped and the mug was not the same quality as other 14 oz mugs by the same maker, also the color of green for slytherin is way off. It came only wrapped in bubble wrap instead of being boxed like every other mug i got from this maker so i dont know if it is a knock off or what but i am returning the product
