The seller was good about sending us new ones overnight As cute as they were as favors for my daughters birthday party, 3 out of 8 of them came completely broken. They are wrapped so tightly in bubble wrap, I think that’s actually what broke them. I think it is a factory defect from before it was finished in the firing process of the glazing. My daughters birthday present. She thought I have her a dirty mug.
