The First Thing That Has Worked For Me in a Long Time I used to be able to lose weight pretty easily when I set my mind to it. Ten years ago I went on the Atkins Diet for six months and lost about 40 pounds. While I looked and felt a lot better, the stresses that caused me to eat so poorly didn’t go away, and I really missed pizza and sandwich rolls, so I eventually gave it up and gained all of the weight back.

Dont bother This could have been an article. Not a book. Just repeats itself and doesn’t have very many recipes which is why I bought it. Very disappointed. =(

I am very disappointed in these publishers as I like the Eat This … Please read the research on Matcha tea. It has a high lead content and is not meant to be consumed in such high quantities. Green tea that is brewed is safer because the lead is primarily in the leaves, which are left behind. Matcha tea is ground Green Tea leave which you consume. I am very disappointed in these publishers as I like the Eat This Not That series.
