Great customer service and products I needed two 12 Oz bottles for my girlfriend and me and we wanted to have a bamboo designed ones, and as we needed to buy two we wanted to make sure the bottles were high-quality made and useful. So, after spending some hours browsing on Amazon and comparing several products we finally decided to give a try to this one. We thought this product would be nice for my hot tea drink that we are used to drink on a daily basis.
Retains heat for about an hour The item is beautiful visually! I recently used loose leaves in the strainer basket and had no issues of it falling through. The leaves I used were large however I haven’t tried it with smaller leaves. In terms of maintaining heat, it’s not as great as a thermos. It will stay hot for about an hour and slowly becomes warm after and up to about 3-4 hours. If you’re looking for something that retains the heat for a longer period of time than an hour, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

I put the loose leaf tea in the bottom and put the strainer on top so it steeps as I carry it around, nothing comes through the strainer. It takes me around 2-3 hours to drink my tea and I will say from the first to the last drink, it is still almost as hot as when I poured in the boiling water. I couldn’t be happier! I really like the separate black sleeve that comes with it, the thumb loop makes it easy for me to carry!
