Fragile. Difficult to remove strainer Well, this tea pot is not quite as perfect as other reviewers make it sound. It is a well designed tea pot and the spout is virtually drip free which is nice. Now the bad parts. The glass is really thin, so that I’m always afraid I will break it, especially once it’s empty. Another thing which I find difficult is to remove the infuser while the tea is still hot. You really have to be careful that you don’t burn your fingers and it is very diffcult to grap the infuser with a pot holder. You also…

The infuser is great, the design is great, the handle is great and it makes good tea!The 1 star is because it’s far too fragile.
