Do not buy this kettle Cracked after barely a month of use. Since it’s a glass kettle, I was extra careful with it and used the heat diffuser without fail. The handle needed to be tightened since it is only mounted with one screw that came loose. Very impractical and poorly made kettle. The handle curves in such a way that the steam will scald your hand when pouring. For the price it should have lasted at least a few months. Do not buy this product.
Isn’t it supposed to whistle when the water comes to … Isn’t it supposed to whistle when the water comes to a full boil? Just received in the mail today and was so excited to open it up.. got it all prepared to boil water and no whistling!
