Nice, big, tea kettle. Good buy. I’m really liking it.I love that it doesn’t have any plastic. Just metal and silicone.It was actually quite a bit bigger than I expected, but you don’t actually have to fill it all the way if you want it to heat faster… and the larger base makes it heat more efficiently, especially if it isn’t full.It whistles nice and overall I’m happy with it!
Oneida quality for sure. Such a lovely pot. Wonderful on induction stove. Surprisingly heavy when empty, but that is probably why it works so well. The handle is very comfortable. Do not remove the lid when any hot water remains inside. Risk steam burns if you do because it holds heat quite efficiently.
Great for induction ranges I had to replace my beloved tea kettle after moving & getting an induction range. I like that it is stainless steel & silicone–I don’t need a tea towel to pour.Minus one star for the “whistle”–it’s more like a screech but I’ve learned to deal with it.
