Quality is pretty good & it can keep the tea warm for … It says 5 tea cups on the description and tea cups are supposed to be small! This item can hold 40 oz of water! It’s too big for me. “Features a food safe interior coating” does not protect against rust. Pros: Looks great, Solid constructionCons: Thought that the “Features a food safe interior coating ” meant it was safe to use and I would not see rust inside after the first use. I used it once, rinsed it out, and dried it but there are several rust spots inside now and I feel uncomfortable using it again with the rust.
