Disappointed While the product is beautiful, I give it one star because of safety concerns. Like many reviews already stated, the top is warped, the legs do not meet the tabletop evenly, and the screws do not all lie flat against the top, especially concerning since I bought it to use with a glass teapot. After reading the reviews, I decided to purchase despite the feedback because those were written quite a while ago and I had hoped that the problem was fixed. Sadly not, I’ll be returning, silly me!

It’s pretty enough to leave out even when not in use. I’d only recommend using a natural non-oily wrought or cast iron cleaning product on it, though, since it’s meant to prepare food and powered by a candle. Basic care will keep it from rusting and make it last for years to come.
