The color is a vibrant color, much more than in the picture. Some of the color rubbed off upon first opening, but once rinsed she said that it seemed fine. The teapot retains the heat for a decent amount of time and cleans up very easily.

The top seems to be a little off, but like most who buy these pots, once you get them, they are so pretty that you won’t send them back even if they serve no true purpose. Looks to good just sitting around.
