  • AUTHENTIC JAPANESE POTTERY – Kiyomizu-yaki is one of the famous pottery in Japan. A lot of pottery is consumed in the past of Kyoto, the former governmental place in Japan, so it is said that a lot of unique craftsmen gathered in Kyoto. Even today, works of colorful design are produced every single day and attracting not only Japan but also people from overseas. It is designated as a traditional Japanese craft and is known as one of Japan’s important traditional crafts.
  • ALL ORIGINAL DESIGN AND HANDMADE – Ø7.1″X6.3″ Holds up to 900ml (30fl oz). All products are designed by T. NISHIKAWA & CO. INC. which was founded in 1917. Their aim is to create new products tailored to the times while preserving the tradition of Kiyomizu-ware. All the products are of course handmade by artisans. This cherry blossom pattern is a representative painting technique of Kiyomizu-yaki and is a technique that can be limited to highly skilled craftsmen.
