Mine has taken a beating on the floor of my car (I drink a cup on the way to work and it ALWAYS falls out of the cupholder). Banged into many other mugs and not even a chip. Wish it was dishwasher-safe, but wish in one hand….
I ordered two and one was delivered with clear crack … I ordered two and one was delivered with clear crack and the other appeared to be OK. The replacement arrived quickly and it is acceptable. The mugs are hand wash only and when I proceeded to hand wash the one from the first order I noticed a hairline crack only visible when wet.Think of drinking coffee in an eggshell if you want this mug…too fragile for normal use…not worth it.
