Very breakable Thatâs how I received my moms gift ð Iâm upset
The âsealed airâ packets are little help to the product I love this mug! The art is magical and gives you all fluffy, christmas, Hogwarts feelings. The size is also just right! I was pretty stoked that it arrived early but it wasnât a happy ending. It was broken. The mug split in half with parts of the mouth chipped (where the art was!). Hoping to receive a whole replacement.Update: Quick replacement was sent! I received it in less than 1 week. Thank you, Amazon! The mug is lovely. Will definitely look into the Quidditch one.
