Cute but not functional Got this for my wife, she has a thing for smiley faces. She loved the mug but she couldnt use it for drinking. Warning, the handle is hollow so the coffee gets in there and it is too hot to hold when drinking. Keep that in mind if buying.
Underwhelmed & disappointed Was so excited to get this mug & I’m totally disappointed. First of all, it came in a box from Oriental Trading which made my heart sink. From experience, when you buy cheap items in bulk you totally get what you pay for – products of poor quality. The lip on my mug is really small and not round so I can’t see myself risking a hot drink in this cup. Also, the enamel coating on it seems a bit rough and bumpy so I don’t know if I’ll drink from it at all. Buy a different mug.
Adorable, but… The handle is hollow, and the mug is very short. However, it’s really cute, and it works as well as most mugs. Be careful with the handle; since the drink goes inside it, it gets hot.UPDATE:Hollow handle gets hot, but also cools down. When you can carry the mug without burning your fingers, the drink is cool enough to drink. Lip of the mug is a bit funky, just tip it slowly so you don’t spill hot drink all over yourself.
