To brew the coffee using the wooden block, follow the instructions below:
1.Bring to a boil 20 to 25 ounces of water & place empty paper filter in the wood block 2.Pour in about half of your hot water, fully saturating the filter and warming the enamel mug. After a minute, empty and prepare to brew.3.Pour one ounce of ground coffee into the filter and give it a gentle shake. This will flatten the bed, allowing for a more even pour4.Starting at the bedʼs center, gently pour the water over the grounds 5.You should pour at such a rate that the complete brew process takes about two and a half to three minutes

Damaged goods The product is great, feels good, and is what we expected. Though, the cup came chipped and the box was damaged. We can’t find a way to contact the seller either. We havent tried the coffee or anything in case we can find a way to replace the cup.
