Epic Fail For the first 4 months, this was my go-to. It kept the coffee hot and didn’t leak. The inside plastic washer that keeps the lid from dripping began to fail and a leak developed, resulting in several stained shirts. The only fix is a new washer which I will attempt to secure. Had this product lasted a year, I would have been greatly satisfied. But to fail in less than 6 months is epic. I should be refunded the purchase price for this lemon.
Keeps drinks hot for several hours! NEW lid works! Decent travel mug, but the cap can be tricky. If you don’t push down on the cap while twisting, it will leak. Also, it IS possible to open the snap seal while holding with one hand (use your thumb or index finger). Keeps drinks hot/warm for several hours.UPDATE: NEW LID!
