I am upgrading it to a 5 star because the company contacted me and not only did they respond and was very apologetic, they sent me three new mugs to compensate (see 4th image). Fantastic product Their customer service is amazing. Amazon made the same error twice, sending me the same thing both times that wasn’t what I ordered, and WCN stepped up and made sure to get me what I ordered.
