Product looks just like photos Cute mug and it looks just like the picture – the cup changes to the map well too. I’ve gotten a cup like this before and you could see the “hot” picture before the cup was actually hot, but this one was not like this (yay)!! Only issue was that the product I received looked like it may have been opened by someone other than myself.
